What you should focus on first:
Focus on lifting the overall Life Force of your home.
Go Deep: Start by deep cleaning to remove stagnant energy that can accumulate in darker areas and corners.
Get Clear: Clear your home with sage or palo santo. Begin at the front door and move in a clockwise direction. Fan the smoke with your hand or a feather visualizing the smoke lifting the dull energy away with it. Finish by opening the front door and see the stale energy leaving.
Bring Peace: Try adding a “peace lily” to help clear the air in your home and experiment with diffusing the essence of orange or peppermint to lift the energy of your space and keep it harmonious.
Find Your Center: The center of our home is key for you. It represents the balance of mind, body, and Spirit. make sure it is clutter-free and keep it high vibe. Also, the left-center of your home represents physical health. Consider adding plants, the color green, or an essential oil diffuser with lavender to calm your nervous system.
Radiate: Your Feng Shui crystal for vitality is Clear Quartz. Hold it in your hand and repeat: ”Everyday and in every way, I am becoming more vibrant, energized and healthy”. Visualize what that would look like for you, and feel how you are in that state. Imbue the crystal with your intention. Then place the crystal in the center area of your home as a reminder of your glowing health and boundless energy!
Every area of your life is represented in your home. It’s like a giant Vision Board telling the Universe what you want more of, so make it intentional!
